Recently, the sudden cooling, day and night temperature difference is large, which may lead to the printhead in the printing (broken ink, flying ink, dripping ink, difficult to clean and other phenomena), please keep the indoor temperature of the print shop 15-30 degrees, humidity 50-70% degrees.
In addition, the viscosity of the ink in the case of very low temperature will increase, affecting the printhead out of the ink, resulting in the picture precision is not enough, the air is too dry will cause the printhead to print the flying ink.
Please keep the environment temperature not lower than 25℃ and air humidity not lower than 50%, such as installing air conditioner and humidifier to ensure the normal storage conditions of ink. Please follow the normal operation procedure to protect the printhead and ink path.
