1. Introduction to Backlight Films
The full name of backlight films is advertising light box, which is divided into two types, one is transparent, called full-transparent film, and the other is translucent, called semi-transparent film, also called Taibai film. Fully transparent light box film, only under the illumination of light, will it appear colorful, and when there is no light, it will appear dark. This is not the case for semi-transparent backlight films. Without light, it will also show the effect of color photos, but it will appear more gorgeous when illuminated by light.
2. Light box material
- Backspray light box
The back blown lamp box film is composed of the film base and the coating. The coating is on the back and consists of a special coating with a white opacifying layer on top of it. The white light-shielding layer makes the light form a diffuse reflection, and after printing, the ink penetrates through the light-shielding layer to the other side of the coating, presenting a positive image. The image is spray-painted on the back, the front of the light box will not be damaged, and the viewing effect of the image will not be affected.
- Positive spray light box
The positive blowtorch box is coated on the front side, and the printed image is colorful and rich in layers. The positive blown light box can be printed with water-based ink or solvent-based ink, but after the image is printed, it needs to be coated to improve its color saturation and waterproof function, and prolong its service life.
- Production method of light box film
Tear off the back film: evenly tear off the film on the back of the color photo.
Grinding fibers: smooth the wool fibers on the paper base on the back of the photo.
Increasing paper base: apply anti-reflection materials such as resin, varnish, oil or wax evenly on the paper base of the photo, and the transparency of the photo will increase after a few hours.
Speed-up protection: Dry the anti-reflection material on the back of the anti-reflection photo slightly, and add a protective layer on it. Such as plastic film, transparent varnish, etc.
