The motor is an important part that provides power to the inkjet printer, which consists of a stepping motor and a servo motor that is driven by the operation of the motor to print. So what is the difference between these two motors?
The stepper motor, through the stepper wheel, transmits the power generated during operation to the paper feed shaft, driving the paper feed shaft to rotate. When the paper feed shaft rotates, the paper feed shaft rubs against the platen wheel above it to complete the transfer of print media.
In other words, the stepper motor controls the operation of the paper feeding system.
The stepping motor and servo motor of the photo machine are brushless motors, for example, the operation of the paper feeding system of the photo machine and the forward and backward movement of the slide frame are by this motor. This kind of motor has the characteristics of wear resistance and stability, low noise when the motor is running, the friction of the brushes will not produce sparks when running, greatly reducing the interference of the radio equipment, greatly improving the printing accuracy of the photocopier equipment, and greatly extending the service life of the machine.
Brushless motor has the advantages of high torque, low vibration, low heat, high reliability, in the whole printing process of the photocopier plays an important role, greatly improving the overall stability of the equipment and printing accuracy, so that the whole machine runs smoothly. This motor maintenance is also convenient, only need to dust every day.
The servo motor is responsible for the left and right movement of the console car frame. The servo motor drives the synchronized tower wheel to run through the belt. The other end of the long belt on the synchronized tower wheel is connected to the frame of the cart, and the left and right movements of the frame of the cart are realized through the servo motor, the kinetic energy transfer.
