1. Clean the bottom of the nozzle
Move the trolley to the left position, wipe the protective block position of the nozzle with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning solution, once a week, to achieve a clean effect.
2. Scraper cleaning
Wipe the edge of the scraper with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning solution, once every 10 days, to keep clean.
3. Ink core cleaning
Wipe the edge of the ink core with a cotton swab dipped in cleaning solution, once every 10 days, to keep clean.
4. Grating cleaning
Wipe both sides of the grating with a cotton swab dipped in purified water and clean it once a month with purified water to keep it clean.
5. Guide rail maintenance
Maintain the rails weekly with grease.
6. Belt maintenance
Check the belt for wear every three months.
